Tijdens deze workshop maken jullie, onder persoonlijke begeleiding van Poelie, samen je eigen trouwringen – een uniek en persoonlijk begin van deze nieuwe verbintenis.
You’ll work one-on-one with Poelie on the design and creation of both rings. Do you already have a clear idea of what the rings should look like, or are you still looking for inspiration? Together, we’ll refine the design into a piece of jewelry that’s perfect for you.
Je kunt werken met goud, zilver of andere metalen. Heb je zelf nog oud goud of zilver liggen, bijvoorbeeld van een familiestuk? Dan kan dit worden omgesmolten en verwerkt in jullie nieuwe ringen – een mooie manier om iets bijzonders mee te nemen in dit nieuwe hoofdstuk.
- Price: €495 for the pair (two rings)
- Duration: between 12:00 and 18:00 (approx. 6 hours). The workshop duration can be adjusted if desired.
- Precious metal not included: the price quoted does not include the cost of the precious metal used (gold or silver).
- Your own gold or silver: would you like to bring your own gold or silver to have melted down? An additional surcharge applies, as this requires an extra technique and additional work.
- Gemstones: it is possible to incorporate gemstones into the design. Poelie is happy to discuss the possibilities in advance.

Do we need experience?
No, the workshop is suitable for beginners. Under the guidance of an experienced goldsmith, you’ll learn, step by step, the techniques needed to make your own wedding rings.
How long does the workshop last?
The workshop lasts about 6 hours. There is plenty of time to work at your own pace and carefully finish the rings.
What material are wedding rings made of?
Wedding rings can be made from various types of gold, such as yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold. We’ll discuss the options during our initial consultation.
Can we use old gold?
In many cases, it’s possible to incorporate old gold into new wedding rings. Poelie would be happy to work with you to determine whether the material is suitable for this purpose.
When should we schedule the workshop?
Poelie recommends scheduling the workshop a few months before the wedding day, so there is enough time for any finishing touches or engravings.
Before you sign up for this workshop, please contact Poelie first. Together, we’ll discuss your preferences for the wedding rings and see if this workshop fits into your wedding schedule at a convenient time.
A suitable design is created in consultation with you. Poelie will then schedule an appointment at the studio to discuss the options and go over everything in detail. A fee of €50 will be charged for this consultation.
If you decide to participate afterward, the cost of the consultation will be fully credited toward the total price of the workshop.
